‘An unsuitable Job for a Woman’ written by PD James is a delicate play with power, mystery and deceit. This cover shows a masculine belt delicately twisted to imitate a noose. The belt is an important evidence in the suspicious death of a character , Mark whose death is framed as a suicide. However, there are other things at play. The type also imitates the curves of the belt and is placed in between the noose as if its holding the weight of it. The elements of the belt is portrayed in all sides of the cover. The color is eccentric to match the theme of the book.
